To observe income inequality among three racial groups in the United States:Whites,Asians and Blacks,I intended to see how higher education attainment is related to income of these groups? In order to spot income inequality among races,I compared higher education years to mean income among same gender and between opposite of different racial groups under discussion.I adopted this approach, considering that average higher education years should yield higher income levels. It can be observed in three ways using multiple linear regression analysis.First,by comparing income-education relationship among men of above mentioned racial groups.Second,income-education relationship among women of race. And finally, the impact of higher education on mean income of men and women of same race that helped to observe the presence of gender discrimination within any race.I likened racial and gender inequality for four age groups, from 25 years to 64 years old.Analysis on data, obtained from the U.S.census bureau on income, education, race, age and gender, turned out to be harmonized with literature. Results showed that there are signs of income inequality for Asians and Blacks when compared to Whites.Income disparity is more prominent for Asians based on higher achievements in education. The highest gender inequality is between White men and women, least for Black, probably due to higher wages for White men and the lowest for Black men.Education to income correlation seem to be stronger for women than men.
