land use,the main manifestations of land violations and typical cases,and finds that the main reasons for the current difficulties in law enforcement are as follows:there are vague areas in laws and regulations,which are not conducive to implementation;the operation of land law enforcement system is not smooth,and the mode of semi-vertical management.It makes it impossible for the land law enforcement departments to restrict and punish the illegal land occupied by the government.The efficiency of the internal departments cooperating with the law enforcement is low,and the mechanism of joint law enforcement and joint responsibility has not really been formed.Fortunately,psychological departmentalism coexists,and the application of big data and information technology can accurately and accurately discover illegal land,but some governments and the public do not know enough about it.Fortunately,in order to benefit at present,we should try to use the land illegally and
