Research On The Intelligent Support For The Elderly In Binzhou City Under The "Internet+"

According to the statistics of the national office for aging,the population of the aged over 60 will reach 255 million,accounting for 17.8 percent of the total population in 2020 and will peak at 487 million in around 2050,accounting for 34.9 percent of the total population.The aging process in China is accelerating.However,significant changes have taken place in China's family structure and concept of providing for the aged.The problems of getting old before getting rich and getting old before making preparations have become prominent.The arrival of the "Internet plus" era has provided new ideas and new models for pension problems.Various places have explored the practice of smart pension,and introduced modern information technology into the field of pension,so that the government,pension institutions,social organizations,and the elderly have their own jobs,their own places,their own needs,and have achieved a good social response.Since 1994,Binzhou has entered into an aging society,showing the development characteristics of "three highs and one high",that is,high base,senility,high growth rate,and large old-age dependency ratio.The problem of caring the old-age has become the basic livelihood that concerns the happiness and harmony of thousands of families.Based on the reality and relying on the construction of smart city,Binzhou city actively explores and practices smart old-age care,builds a comprehensive,multi-level,basic and sustainable old-age care service system,and continuously meets the increasing material and cultural needs of the elderly.As an emerging industry,smart pension has been facing the insufficient support from policies and funds,the lessfined pension norms,poor participation from the public,the low quality of and so on and thus needs to be further solved suiting the remedy to the case.We need to solve the problem of short board,let old people share the reform development achievement,and further enhance the wellbeing and the acquisition,satisfaction.There are seven chapters including this thesis.The first chapter is the introduction,which gives a brief introduction of the research background,theoretical significance and practical significance of smart old-age care,sorts out the research status of the connotation,demand and service system of smart old-age care at home and abroad,expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper,and explains the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second chapter describes maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory and life cycle theory by explaining the concept of "Internet plus" and intelligent pension and analyzing the relationship,laying a theoretical foundation for this paper.The third chapter illustrates the basic situation based on the aging degree in Binzhou city,the present situation of pension services,the policy support,technical support and the current situation of talents in pension serving and supplies detailed information on the actions of Binzhou city social endowment service center,Yellow River community and home endowment service according to the results from field-work survey.The fourth chapter firstly demonstrates the problems existing in the smart old-age care in Binzhou: imperfect infrastructure,imbalance of smart old-age care,shortage of talents in elderly care services,low participation rate of all sectors of society,and analyzes the reasons for the problems: imperfect top-level design,insufficient public investment,unsound market mechanism,and inadequate promotion.The fifth chapter analyzes the methods to make corresponding policies,strengthen the talent team and optimize the software and hardware of intelligent equipment in the US,UK and Japan.Secondly,this part also sorts the inspirations from the domestic integrated information platform in Nanjing city integral pension system in Xinxiang,Henan and "wisdom endowment" service platform in Wuzhen.The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the smart pension.Firstly,we need to strengthen the top-level design,standardize management supervision and establish safeguard measures.Secondly,we need to increase market vitality through multichannel investment and multi-group participation.Thirdly,we also need to improve the infrastructure,integrate the information platform,give play to the advantages of information;Fourthly,strengthen public opinion propaganda,promote the use of information technology,and create a good social atmosphere.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
