Preliminary Study Of The Phenomenon Of "Ziganwu"

In the 1990s,China officially joined the Internet and opened up the Internet era.In recent years,network technology has developed rapidly,and Internet gradually became a platform for information exchange and dissemination,acting as the battle field of ideological confrontation and public opinion war.The functions carried by the Internet have also caused the public opinion war to spread from the offline to the Internet,and the importance of network ideology has gradually been recognized by people.Since Chinese economic reform,China's political,economic,social,and cultural aspects have been developed at a high speed,and the people have enjoyed tangible rights and interests.At the same time,some western decaying and backward things are also accompanied by intentional or unintentional."Getting chopsticks to eat meat and putting down the rice bowl and licking the mother" is a huge change that has happened since the reform.The international environment is changing,the political and economic situation is changing,the mode of public opinion is changing,and the way and the focus people pay attention to are changing too.Under this circumstance,whoever remains the same will lose more and more supporters.In the online world,the opinions of various netizens are very different.They stood in their own respective positions and attacked each other.In order to achieve their own goals,they applied;"stigma" to each other.In the beginning,two groups formed.One was called "Public Intellectuals" who are always rebellious to official opinions,and the other was called "Wu Mao Party" who always sing the government's praises and maintain official positions emerges.During their confrontations,another new opinion group emerges.They dialectically analyze social issues,rationally treat government behavior,endorse mainstream ideology and call for rational patriotism.They spontaneously stand up and fight against various rumors and network chaos.To distinguish from the "Wumao Party",they named themselves as "Ziganwu".In this paper,we systematically expound the concept of "Ziganwu"and its background,and summarize the series of "Ziganwu" phenomena from the disorder and sprout to the transformation and growth,to the acceptance and internal differentiation.We then summarize the main performances of "Ziganwu" during the network public opinion struggles,and make a preliminary evaluation of its contribution and deficiency of"Ziganwu".In general,the emergence of "Ziganwu"is a special phenomenon caused by the special stage of China's development.The anti-traditional thoughts and behaviors embodied in cyberspace have brought a lot of vigilance and reflection to the ideological work in cyberspace.In the process ofChina's rapid economic and social development,our mainstream ideological work is actually missing in cyberspace for a long period of time,which objectively caused the disorder and chaos of the network public opinion space to some extent.Under these circumstances,the emergence of "Ziganwu" has made up for this deficiency to a certain extent,and has played a guiding,inspiring and reminding role for the relevant work of relevant departments.Cyberspace is not an outlaw country.Relevant departments should increase the review and control of network information,lead the social ideological trend with the socialist core value system,guide the online life to a green and healthy conscience cycle,and make the network as a platform which is passing positive energy,promoting fairness and justice.
