Research On The Reform Of Auxiliary Police System In Y City

With the development of China's social economy,the state of public security has become more complicated.Face to the complex and ever-changing social security conditions,China's police organization have a real dilemma of serious shortage of police force.Therefore,hiring auxiliary police force to assist the police organization in carrying out police activities and daily work is the most effective way to solve this dilemma.However,in the management and use of auxiliary police,there have always been many problems,and even some social public opinion has formed.It is imperative to formulate and reform the police support personnel.As an important part of the police organization,auxiliary police force are also in line with the requirements for comprehensively deepening the reform of police organization.Y City of S Province has made attempts and explorations in the reform of the auxiliary police system,and has formulated practical reform plans,such as adjusting the structure of auxiliary police,improving the ranks of auxiliary police and promotion mechanisms,and improving auxiliary police benefits.However,there are still some shortcomings in the implementation and promotion of the reform,such as weak implementation of measures and lack of stamina for reform.Through case studies,questionnaire surveys,interviews,etc.,after investigating and researching the advanced cases of auxiliary police reform in China and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the reform of the auxiliary police in Y City and its causes,and deepening the reform of the city's auxiliary police system has put forward suggestions and countermeasures,such as performance appraisal,establishment of reform office,cadres training,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the reform of the city's auxiliary police system and ensuring the effectiveness of the reform.
