Research On The Cultivation Of Farmers’ Subject Consciousness From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The strategy of Rural Rejuvenation is the master of the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new era.As the main body of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",farmers are the main forces and undertakings of Rural Revitalization,and the real practitioners and promoters of Rural Revitalization.Promoting the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy must ensure the main status of farmers.The important sign of establishing farmers’ subjective identity is to have the subjective consciousness.Improving farmers’ subjective consciousness is conducive to mobilizing their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,and giving full play to their main body role in Rural Revitalization.However,the subjective consciousness of farmers in China is still relatively weak,which affects the smooth implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation of farmers’ subjective consciousness from the perspective of Rural Revitalization.This study takes the Rural Revitalization as the perspective and farmers’ subjective consciousness as the breakthrough point.This study investigates and analyses the current situation of farmers’ subjective consciousness,and combines with the existing research results,considers that the realistic manifestations of farmers’ weak subjective consciousness are: heavy dependence psychology,lack of subjective consciousness;low self-identity,lack of participation consciousness;indifferent subjective concept,lack of right consciousness;low willingness to act,lack of responsibility consciousness;poor subjective initiative,lack of innovation consciousness.Farmers’ weak subjective consciousness is mainly due to four reasons:history,system,reality and farmers themselves.There are some problems in cultivating farmers’ subjective consciousness: insufficient cultivation resources,imperfect cultivation organization and low effectiveness of cultivation activities.The main reasons for the problems in cultivating farmers’ subjective consciousness are: the backwardness of rural economic conditions,the inadequate implementation of government work,the profound influence of backward culture and the outflow of outstanding rural talents.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: first,to consolidate the material basis of cultivatingfarmers’ subjective consciousness;second,to enrich the organizational strength of cultivating farmers’ subjective consciousness;third,to strengthen organizational awareness and enhance farmers’ organizational ability;fourth,to develop rural education and cultivate new farmers.
