Grassroots government organs are the most basic implementers of all national policies.The quality of civil servants of grassroots government organs is directly related to the image of the government.A good government image depends on the public service performance of civil servants,and on the contrary will directly weaken the credibility of the government.Since the national promulgation and implementation of the civil servant law in 2006,the civil servant examination recruitment mechanism has been gradually established and improved,and the work of regulating the employment system of government organs has achieved obvious results.Faced with this situation,the civil servant examination system in China,especially the grass-roots civil servant examination system in minority areas,needs further reform and improvement.Based on the research in this paper,the ethnic autonomous areas at the grass-roots level in our country civil servants employed related policy,the analysis of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region A flag civil servants employed on the basis of the status quo,put forward relevant to improve the system of ethnic minority areas officeholder enroll advice and for the work of grass-roots civil servants employed some of the thinking,aims to make civil servants substantially more fair,just,optimize the quality of the government public service.
