Civil servants are so important administrative resources that influence the future development of the Party and our country. Therefore, It is vital to improve the overall competency of the civil servants by the perfection of recruitment system. Some achievements in equality have been made on the current recruitment system, but there is still a long way to go to obtain reasonability. In recent years, to improve the scientificity of the civil servants recruitment examinations, our country has spent much efforts on the construction and perfection of the ranks and classification system, but it appears to have little effect. By analyses on the classification system of civil servants recruitment in ancient China and modern UK, USA and France, this paper expounds on ways of recruitment with Chinese characteristics from the experiences of ancient China and modern western countries, so as to construct and perfect the ranks and classification systems of civil servants recruitment. |
