The Predicament And Solution Of Rural Community Correction

The so-called “workers must first sharpen their tools when they want to do their best”.“Community”,as the forerunner and foundation of community correction work,must plays its own maximum function,in order to enable community prisoners to carry out ideological education and behavior,realize Socialization.However,at present,there is no tacit relationship between community correction work and community construction in China that promotes mutual improvement and common improvement.In particular,in terms of community construction in rural areas,there is less capital investment,imperfect infrastructure,and lack of quality legal service resources,resulting in a lack of a culture of rule of law within the community.In practice,due to different disciplines,sociologists are often used to construct a harmonious community from the perspective of sociology,or to analyze new breakthroughs in rural community construction,while workers in community correction pay more attention to psychological correction education and crime prevention of community corrections personnel.Therefore,they independently analyzed the community construction and community correction work,resulting in a lack of coordination between the two.With the deepening of the new rural construction and rural revitalization strategy,what is the community? How to correct? Such problems are even more urgent in the process of rural community construction and rural community corrections.Because the author has two years of grassroots experience in the township justice office,through the pre-trial investigation,household visits,psychological counseling and other practical forms in daily work,has obtained many valuable first-hand information,also found that the rural community work is facing a huge development bottleneck due to the lack of legislation,the vague power and responsibility and the imperfection of infrastructure construction.It is believed that the gap between rural community corrections in the new era and urban community corrections should be shortened.: On the one hand,we should optimize the comprehensive environmental construction based on the grassroots foundation of community construction;On the other hand,from a macroscopic point of view,the operation system of usage should realize the standardization and unification of community correction work in China,so that the multiple social values of community correction work can promote each other with the process of rural community construction,and the positive interaction between community correction staff and correction objects can be formed.Based on the above-mentioned,this paper takes the relationship between rural community and correction as the starting point,and from the 2 perspectives of the value of rural community correction work and the actual dilemma,strives to meticulously sort out and consolidate from the practical work,focusing on rural communities.The 5 aspects of the current situation of community construction,lack of legislation,judicial dilemma,law enforcement problems,and law-abiding problems of community corrections are discussed in order to explain some of the practical difficulties faced by grassroots judicial administrative organs in the current rural community correction work and difficult problems.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,through the predecessor theory and work practice experience,the paper put forward some suggestions for the problems in the work.
