The Study On The Innovation Of Regional Party Building Mechanism From The Perspective Of Social Governance

With the rapid development of social economy and the growing demands of the people for a better life,the construction of grass-roots party organizations and the governance of urban grass-roots society are also facing more and more new opportunities and new requirements.In the process of strengthening social governance,the local practice of regional party building promoted vigorously by Shanghai has played a positive role,but simultaneously,there are also many new problems and challenges in the process of deepening the construction of regional party building mechanism.Therefore,constantly strengthening the innovation of the regional party building mechanism in order to give full play to its role in the governance of the urban grass-roots society is of crucial significance for continuously improving the self-construction of the grass-roots party organizations and promoting the good governance of urban grass-roots society.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and interview to study the innovation of regional party building mechanism from the vie.wpoint of social governance.In this paper,firstly,defines the core connotation involved in this study and elaborates the basis of theoretical analysis of regional party building and social governance.Secondly,from the perspective of social governance,it analyzes the realistic background,development process and concrete practice of Shanghai's regional party building,and then expounds its function of social governance.Thirdly,from the three angles of subject,form and system,this paper analyzes the insufficiency of participants and their abilities,the the relative lag of operation forms and the imperfection of system construction presented by Shanghai's regional party building.Finally,based on current issues,this paper proposes some ways to cultivate and enhance the active consciousness of the participants in the regional party building,optimize and upgrade the operation mode and efficiency,and perfect and strengthen the system guarantee,so as to make the regional party building mechanism more adaptable to the current requirements of strengthening social governance and to enhance the effectiveness of social governance.As a grass-roots party building mechanism with distinct practical characteristics,Shanghai's regional party building plays a cardinal role in strengthening social governance.In the practice of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,only by continuously deepening the interaction between regional party building and social governance,can the orderly development of the party building and the orderly operation of social development be ensured.The practice has proved that only through the innovation of regional party building mechanism can it provide a strong guarantee for strengthening and perfecting social governance.
