Regional Party Innovation Research On Qiaonan Street Guangzhou City

With the transformation of government functions and roles and the gravity of urban management began to move down,the community has become the basic unit of social governance and social life.China is a socialist developing country in the Communist Party,and the construction of the party is closely related to the construction of various social undertakings.Facing the grim situation,how to meet the demands of the new situation,how to adjust the change in terms of organization,structure,service content,how to play a full role as the core of leadership in jurisdiction,and how to lead the grassroots social governance,actively explore new community governance system,and promote social construction and social governance innovation,have become an important topic to be solved in the new situations.The article will take community grass-roots regional party governance in Qiaonan Street Panyu District Guangzhou City as an example,leading by the regional party building innovation,explore and research on regional grass-roots party building work.Among them,the new community implement the work model which is taking different types of party organizations as the main part,establishing the “Grand Community Party Committee”,constructing four “threes” work mode which is three systems,three platforms three teams and three projects,implementing grid management of "five level responsibility system".It will form a healthy service mode-“six in one” which is community party organization,neighborhood committees,community service centers,community participation council,property management,the owners committee,giving full play to the role of Party organizations as promoting development and serving the masses.This article using the data of non comprehensive survey and interview methods,is found the that achievements of regional community party building work and the existing problems and shortcomings from the analysis,and put forward the work of the community party requirements and constraints from the perspective of governance,and then puts forward organization structure,management system and operation supports of regional grass-roots party construction innovation research,which mainly includes ideology,security mechanism,cultural atmosphere,work carrier,and incentive assessment etc..
