Moral Hazard And Prevention And Control Caused By Polarization Of Network Group

With the continuous updating and development of information technology,the Internet has entered various fields of social life,and the number of Internet users is increasing.In the virtual network space,there is a phenomenon of group polarization.The emergence of this phenomenon is often accompanied by social hot events,mass incidents,major emergencies,and also a sharp manifestation of social contradictions.Hot events in real life will spread rapidly with the network,showing polarization in the cyberspace,thus forming a polarization phenomenon of the network group.As a new social phenomenon,there is not much research in the academic community.The focus and research on such phenomena should be enhanced.The formation process of polarization phenomenon of network group is affected by many factors,including social environment,network group and network environment.It is formed by a combination of various factors,which reflects a complicated network phenomenon.A double-edged sword has played a positive and negative role in society at the same time.If it is left unchecked and left unchecked,it will trigger a series of moral hazard problems for netizens.From the perspective of social development,the polarization of network groups has the meaning and value of existence,and at the same time brings some troubles and obstacles to social management.Only by clarifying the influence of polarization and analyzing the multiple needs of all parties can we be under the unity of opposites.Develop effective and effective response measures to improve the mangement and control of the network world and network phenomena.This paper uses the literature analysis method to summarize the concept of group,network group and group polarization.And from the three perspectives of social psychology,communication and participation,the classification of network group polarization is summarized.The main characteristics of network group polarization are repetitive?subject complexity,false and real interaction and time-critical criticism.The case analysis method and comparative analysis method are used to analyze the different opportunities of the network group polarization phenomenon in the two typical cases of "Yulin maternal falling house case" and "Jiangge case" in the evolution of public opinion,and the generation of network group polarization.Different reasons,thus summarizing the general process of polarization of the network group.On the basis of a deep understanding of the polarization phenomenon of the network group,the moral hazard that may be caused by the polarization of the network group is analyzed,including the frequent occurrence of moral abduction by Internet users,cyber violence,the spread of online rumors and the anti-social sentiment.Finally,from the three levels of government,media and netizens themselves,the moral hazard strategy triggered by the polarization of network groups is proposed.
