Research On Grid Management Of Rural Communities In Fengshan Town Of Luoyuan County

Under the background of accelerating the construction of urban communities in China,the management of rural communities in China has gradually come into people's view and been widely concerned.With the continuous improvement of information technology,more and more regions begin to apply the grid power mode of urban communities to the management of rural communities,which improves the management level of rural communities.However,the grid management of rural communities still faces various problems in the concrete practice.Fengshan this research mainly in luoyuan county as the main research object,in the community at home and abroad for reference,based on the theory of grid management experience,to comb of related literature,defines the connotation of rural community grid management,and using the method of investigation of fengshan community grids management present situation is analyzed,according to the survey summarizes problems of grid management in the region,finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on community grid management,analyzes the connotation and main constituent elements of community grid management,and summarizes the successful experience of community grid management.Then it explores the main practices of community grid management in fengshan town and summarizes the achievements of community grid management in this area from various aspects.Next through and fengshan local residents,the grid management leading officials in-depth communication,analyze the problems of fengshan grid management,including management responsibility permissions specific problem,department,service awareness is not strong,the masses participation is not enough and the shortage of capital security,and summarize the main causes of these problems,the main reasons include democratic consciousness is not strong,the democratic process in the region slower,imperfect management mechanism,etc.Finally this study puts forward several management countermeasures.First,improve the understanding of rural community grid management,enhance the understanding of leading cadres,and improve the understanding of residents' autonomous participation.Second,we will increase funding for grid development in rural communities.Third,strengthen the construction of grid management team,adopt diverse selection,establish classified training mechanism,and achieve standardized management.The fourth is to realize the multi-subject participation in grid management,improve the multi-subject participation mechanism,and expand the space of residents' autonomy.
