Grid Management Studies On Rural Communities Of Wanan Town In Jiangle County

Current China's economic development has entered a new normal stage. Today at the information age, the traditional rural community management mode cannot adapt to the new situation of social management and services. The use of high technology, the integration of various resources, the establishment of a comprehensive platform, and providing a full range of quality service are the inevitable trend of social development, and also an important way to speed up social governance innovation in the new period. This paper takes the rural community governance Wanan town Jiangle County as an example. Based on the study of domestic and foreign grid management at the present stage, through combining the relevant literature review, definitions are made on important concepts of rural communities and grid management, and studies are conducted on the running mode, status and effects of grid management in Wanan rural community by employing the theories of social management and public service as well as the methods of field research and comparative analysis. On the basis of the in-depth exchanges among left behind crowd, control object, typical masses (people with difficulties, aspirations and prestige), town-village grid administrators and other related subjects, the paper has revealed the problems occurred during the management of rural community grid management, such as overlapping of departmental responsibilities, lack of service initiative, lack of professional management team and lack of enthusiasm for participation of the masses, etc., and has analyzed the causes from the perspectives of management mechanism, financial and technical support, political constitution, subjective consciousness and democratic progress, reaching a conclusion that only by constant economic development, changes of political ecology, breaking the traditional management mechanism and thinking constraints, improving comprehensive quality of the masses can the rural areas successfully learn and use the city grid management techniques and means and enhance the level of rural social governance fundamentally. Finally, this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the rural social governance innovation.
