Discussion About CPPCC Members Of Minhou County Hto Participate In Social Governance

In the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning the Comprehensive Deepening of Reform,adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the general goal of "promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity" was put.forward.The report of theNineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China further put forward the idea of "building a pattern of social governance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing".As an important part of China's political system,people's political cooperation plays an important role in social governance with its unique advantages.As the main body of CPPCC work,CPPCC members are one of the main forces participating in social governance.Therefore,to study the experience,problems and Countermeasures of CPPCC members'participation in social governance is not only a useful exploration to improve their ability to participate in social governance,but also an important significance to innovate social governance,promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.This paper combs the related concepts of modernization of state governance and social governance,and uses literature analysis method to analyze and study the role orientation,methods and existing problems of CPPCC members'participation in social governance.On the basis of theoretical research at the present stage,this paper studies the specific situation of the Ninth and Tenth CPPCC members participating in social governance in Minhou County by using the method of investigation and case analysis.It concludes and analyses the current situation,existing shortcomings and reasons of the members participating in social governance,so as to provide CPPCC members with more effective participation in the society from the perspective of combining theory with practice.Provide practical suggestions for governance.The research shows that there are some problems in the process of CPPCC members'participation in social governance,such as low enthusiasm for participation,inadequate role of different sectors,passive choice of negotiating topics,poor implementation effect of the results of participation in social governance,etc.This is due to the lack of corresponding system guarantee,the defect of the mechanism of CPPCC members'selection,the limitation of their non-professionalization,and so on.The Party and government departments pay little attention to it and the CPPCC organization's inadequate supervision and management of members'participation in social governance.The article puts forward suggestions for optimizing CPPCC members' participation in social governance from three aspects:establishing and improving the system of selection,management and assessment of CPPCC members,creating external conditions for CPPCC members to participate in social governance,and cultivating their awareness and ability to participate in social governance.
