Smart city is an idea of urban development based on information technology such as internet,networking,cloud computing,big data,Grid management,aiming for deep level information sharing and business collaboration to make urban management smarter,public services more efficient,social governance more accurate,industrial development more healthy,and further enhance the comprehensive urban development capacity.As a new generation of urban development,smart city has been a hot spots of urban construction at home and abroad.At present NanChang has entered a new stage of urbanization transformation and development that give priority to the quality of development and people-centred,It is in the crucial stage of urban transformation and the critical period of dynamic transformation of development.Building a new mode of government management based on Smart city not only is the key to crack the imbalance between urban and rural development and solve the inequality in public services,but also the people's livelihood project relating to whether citizens can enjoy the bonus of reform and developmentBased on this,on the one hand this paper research and comb the theory of Smart city framework,Smart city construction scheme,Smart city construction mode,and the path of smart city construction on the basis of previous research,on the other one hand the Smart city is a complex systems engineering,It can't be built overnight.The construction of Smart city in our country also stay in the primary stage,some cities apply mechanically the experience of other countries,instead of unifying own characteristic,so that the gains often outweigh the gains.A feasible construction model is the key to Smart city,by comparing typical cases of Smart city at home and abroad,starting from congenital endowment and current stage of economic and social development of NanChang,this paper will make an in-depth study of the contents and problems on the construction of Smart city,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions combined with the actual situation in Nanchang,better promote the process of the construction of NanChang Smart city.
