Smart Tourism Government Administration Research Based On Cloud Computing

2014 is the "year of smart tourism" designated by the national tourism administration.In this year,the concept of "smart tourism" has gone from China's creation to the world,which playing a positive role in the development of asia-pacific tourism and even global tourism.Since the first year of China's smart tourism,smart tourism has entered a period of rapid development.With the development of cloud computing technology,Internet of things technology and mobile Internet technology,as well as the popularity of mobile client software,smart tourism has integrated many modern information technologies.At the same time,as a branch of smart tourism,the development of smart tourism government is also gradually rising.Tourist administrations around the world have taken the construction of smart tourism government as the focus of modern tourism government and smart city construction,which makes the study of smart tourism government based on cloud computing have very important strategic significance.Combined with the new public management theory and the tourism resource integration theory,this study adopted the interview method to comprehensively analyze the cloud computing in the construction of smart tourism government affairs on the basis of literature analysis,and proposed two aspects of the construction of smart tourism government affairs platform,namely the tourism government affairs management platform and the tourism public service platform.Combined with the case study,the construction of the smart tourism government platform is further analyzed and discussed.Wisdom tourism affairs management platform and the wisdom tourism public service platform can provide one-stop service for tourists,convenient service for the development of tourism enterprises,as well as to improve the efficiency of the government's comprehensive management department,through study tourism affairs based on cloud computing intelligence,this paper also puts forward the problems that exist in the wisdom tourism affairs now,and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions,in the age of wisdom of tourism to promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry development.
