Empirical Research On Evaluation Index System Of The Quality Of HomeCare Service Under The Condition Of Health Management

Objective This study aims to detailing the evaluation index system for the construction of the quality of homecare service under the condition of health management and a comprehensive evaluation model with synthetical scoring method of which the scientificity and feasibility were verified with sample in Ningbo so as to provide some reference for the medical service quality evaluation study of home care.Methods ?Through literature research,to understand the latest research trends of urban home-based care services at home and abroad and provide background information on the theoretical methods and research issues of the evaluation index system.?On the basis of previous research to detailing theevaluationindexsystemfortheconstructionofthequalityofhomecareserviceunderthec onditionofhealth management and through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence to filtrate the indicators.?According to the home care service quality evaluation system to compile Health Management Perspective Home Care Service Quality Questionnaireand obtain survey data.?The comprehensive scoring method was used to assign values to each indexthen based on the obtained data,a comprehensive evaluation model was established and the survey results were analyzed.Results The evaluation index system of the quality of home care service include five primary indicators of service policyc,health file,physicalexamination,healtheducation,rehabilitationserviceand and 25 secondary indicators.Thequestionnaires of this research includedtwo rounds of expert-consulting.16 questionnaires were distributedin the two round and got 16 feedbacks,with the enthusiasm coefficient being 100%.In the second roundthe first-level index expert authority degree coefficient is 0.81,0.75,0.73,0.71 and 0.73,then experts are highly authoritative.In the second round,the coordination coefficients of the experts on the primary and secondary indicators are respectively 0.658 and 0.688.This study investigated the evaluation index system of home care service quality in 10 communities in ningbo city.A total of 10 questionnaires of the evaluation index system were issuedand the actual recovery of 10 copies is 100%.Empirical results show that:from the perspective of health management,the comprehensive score of home care service quality in 10 communities was as low as 68.9 and as high as 86,both of which were divided into 76.Sorted by synthetical scoring method in an order from high to low order,those community in sequence are:A community,Dcommunity,C community,E community,B community,G community,F community,H community,I community,J community.Conclusion 1.In this study,the evaluation index system of the quality of home care service was constructed by a variety of methods,and covering six primary and 30 secondary items.The method used in the index system is scientific and expert,and the author has a high degree of authority and strong reliability.It can provide some reference for the evaluation of the service quality of home care,and has certain application value in improving the home care service system and improving the quality of life of the elderly.2.In this study,the comprehensive score method was used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of home-based care service quality from the perspective of health management.According to the results of comprehensive scoring method,the evaluation results of home-based care service quality in 10 communities in ningbo city were ranked from high to low:A community,D community,C community,E community,B community,G community,F community,H community,I community,J community;The statistical description of the comprehensive scores of home care service quality in 10 communities from the perspective of health management was as follows:the lowest score was 68.9,the highest score 86 and the average score 76.
