The civil servants' professional identity is gradually formed in the long-term work activities of the civil servants,and their affirmation of their occupation includes four aspects:professional value,occupational sense of belonging,professional behavior and role value recognition.This state is not fixed,but rather a dynamic process that will change with the individual's awareness of career change.Between 2010-2016,the number of candidates of the national civil service has cooled,but with the rapid development of a network of citizens in politics,civil service groups for public evaluation is not high,civil servants of their own professional identity is not satisfactory.Shenyang City Bureau of Statistics as a direct organ in Shenyang,the nature of part-professional nature of the unit,the staffs qualifications,professional and other aspects of its special requirements,the work of civil servants on their professional identity has its own particularity.Therefore,in-depth analysis to explore and enhance the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics official professional identity will help to further strengthen the quality of talent,and enhance job satisfaction,organizational goals and inspire public servants serve the spiritual strength to realize their value.Based on the theory of four-dimensional professional identity,this study uses the questionnaire survey,data analysis and interview to analyze the professional identity of civil servants in Shenyang Statistical Bureau.First,we learn from the literature relevant scale design,and revised according to the specific application form questionnaire,obtained 108 valid questionnaires.Secondly,using SPSS20.0 and Mplus7 software to test the quality of the questionnaire and carry on the sample feature description and the group difference analysis,through the exploratory structural equation model analysis,this paper constructs the model of influencing factors of the civil service professional identity of Shenyang Bureau of Statistics.Finally,according to the results of variance analysis and structural equation model constructed propose targeted measures.The results show that:(1)The questionnaire of professional identity of Civil Servants in Shenyang Statistical Bureau designed in this research has a high reliability and validity;(2)The major,post,department,reason for work and working atmosphere are the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics civil servants professional identity of the overall impact factor,The professional identity of the people who have studied statistics is significantly higher than those who have studied other majors;There are significant differences in the professional identity of civil servants in different posts,from high to low are:clerk level,deputy director level and above,division level,section level;business office civil servants professional identity is significantly higher than non-business offices;Because of their own initiative to choose to do civil servants of the professional identity is significantly higher than for other reasons to do civil servants,from high to low are:their own initiative to choose,do not know,affected by others,forced,the other;Those who with pleasant working atmosphere have a higher level of professional self-identify than who with unpleasant working atmosphere;(3)Occupational sense of belonging is a key factor in the professional identity of civil servants,in other words it is the root of professional identity.(4)This research puts forward the strategy of promoting the professional identity of civil servants from the following four aspects:enhancing civil servant's sense of belonging,scientific management,correctly guiding public opinion,and correcting entry motivation.
