Research Carried Out By The Department Of Benxi Civil Air Defense Integrated Into City Emergency Management

Today,with the acceleration of urbanization and globalization,City Emergency Management has already become the research subject of the scholars.It is of great economic significance and political significance to deal with the relationship between disaster prevention and disaster reduction and economic and social development.Since 1996,China's civil air defense department has always been adhering to the policy of "long-term preparation,construction of key projects,combination of peacetime and wartime".A lot of work have been done on wartime air defense,ordinary times of service,and emergency support.The evident results have been achieved.However,a few defects and shortcomings still exist in the department of civil air defense integrating into the city emergency management.From the current situation and the city of Benxi civil air defense department integrating into the city emergency management,this paper looks at civil air defense department integrating into the city emergency management using the methods of literature analysis and personal interview.It also analysis of problems and causes,and put forward the specific suggestions from the construction of the legal system,the construction of mechanism,the resource sharing and the construction of the professional team.With improving the city emergency management system and mechanism and finding accurate positioning,this paper can be hoped to do a good job for the civil defense reform and the city of Benxi better building public service government.
