| The virtual maintenance training system is the hotspot technology of equipment management and maintenance training.As the communication equipment and related test equipment are expensive,and the damage rate is high in the maintenance training,the design and development of the virtual maintenance training system can improve the efficiency of troop recruits training and assessment,and also reduce the economic burden of troops.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Determine and construction of system development environment.The maintenance training task of a communication unit is investigated and analyzed to determine the system requirements.Through the analysis and comparison of the system development environment and the tools,we choose the B/S system mode,adopt WAMP environment and ThinkPHP framework,use HTML+CSS+JavaScript as the front compile language and MySQL database as the backstage,and apply the combination of LabVIEW and Multisim Simulation equipment for virtual instrument design.2)Functional design and development.System design and implementation are finished through combining finite state machine and object-oriented software design method,which includs the system operation interface and various functional modules,the design and establishment of database,and the realization of three-layer architecture based on web.3)Simulation design virtual instrumentation and circuit.Using LabVIEW graphical design software,virtual simulation design is implemented for the appearance of equipment and some functions,and which is published to the web system.Circuit board and component performance is analyzed using Multisim software,and co-simulation with LabVIEW,through the MySQL database for data exchange functions,the pin voltage and waveform data stored in the database for virtual maintenance training.4)System integration and testing.The virtual instrument,circuit simulation design and system website part are integrated,and the system function test is completed. |
