Based On The Information Publicity Of Public Security File Management Research In China

Public security archives as a precious information resource, it has the important practical value. Do a good job for public security archives management work, not only to carrying out the work to provide information support for public security organs,but also to provide the corresponding services for the national’s economic construction and social development. Along with our country’s socialism market economy system continuously to be improved and the process of social modernization to be accelerated, public security archives work is facing the new opportunities and challenges. Public security archives management information-based, development utilization, service object, service mode and so on all had a series of changes. The important problem of innovating and perfecting public security archives management and development is related to the core problem of the sustainable development of Chinese public security archives, it directly affects the course of the modernization of public security archives management. It plays an important role for promoting the public security archives management smooth development. This article is based on the existing literature and based on the relevant theory, introduced the meaning, characteristics and content of public security archives and public security archives management, combined with experience of the management of public security archives of western developed countries and some area in China, on account of the main problems in the present public security archives management work, putting forward the countermeasures which can promote our country’s public security archives management work developed healthily.
