Study On Fund Management Of Hainan Disabled Persons' Foundation

Since the establishment of the province,our disabled people enterprise has achieved substantial development.The living conditions of the disabled are also receiving more and more attention.However,as disabled people are limited by their physical conditions,most of them can' t integrate into society well or participate in the competition of market economy.Therefore,the living standard of disabled people is still quite different from the average level of society.Hainan province has about 500,000 disabled people,most of them live in extreme poverty.Helping disabled people,a vulnerable group,to improve their living conditions and get rid of economic difficulties is an important part of the development of our disabled people enterprise.It is also the original intention of the Hainan disabled persons' foundation.After the establishment of the Hainan disabled persons' foundation,Hainan disabled persons' foundation raised hundreds of millions of RMB,by promoting the spirit and philosophy of helping disabled people,also by guiding the public in doing good deeds.It used the funds to help the disabled people in our province and improved the practical difficulties of them.Thus,it has obtained the good social effect and also won disabled person's consistent high praise.But as a new thing,Hainan disabled persons' foundation is still in the primary stage of growth.There are still many areas need to be improved in the fund management of the foundation.This paper carefully reviews the basic situation,management status,fund management system and fund management effect of Hainan disabled persons' foundation.On the basis of the advanced experience of domestic and foreign foundations,the paper points out the problems of Hainan disabled persons' foundation by fund management,including raising funds,using funds and transparency of fund information.The paper also analyses the cause of the problem,puts forward the measures to improve the fund management of Hainan disabled persons' foundation,including widening the fund raising channel,diversifying the form of fund raising,establishing a systematic fund raising management system and establishing the funding standard system.This paper analyzes the fund management problems of Hainan disabled persons'foundation and proposes solutions,hoping to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Hainan disabled persons' foundation.At the same time,I also hope to provide a theoretical reference for the study of financial management of non-profit organizations in our province.
