A Research On The Development Strategy Of Holt(International) China

In the context of the new era of China's development,the rapid growth of philanthropy,a rapidly increasing number of charitable foundations and the constant outpouring of new forms of philanthropy,the research of this paper has important practical significance and theoretical value for perfecting the social security system and promoting the construction of harmonious society and beautiful China.This paper mainly answers the question of "How to formulate the development strategy of Holt(International)China to realize its own development".This thesis is divided into seven chapters.Firstly,it elaborates the background,significance,questions,contents,methods,role and possible contribution of the research.Secondly,the qualitative research method is used to review the research of charitable foundations at home and abroad,and the second-hand data analysis method and survey research method are used to analyze the development status of domestic charitable foundations,and the main problems and main reasons for the development of domestic charitable foundations have been found out.Thirdly,this paper takes Holt(International)China as the research object,uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strategic environment of Holt(International)China,constructs SWOT analysis matrix,and determines the development strategic objectives and development strategies.Finally,the specific strategies for implementing the development strategy of the Holt(International)China are put forward.This paper argues that the current development of domestic charitable foundations presents the following characteristics mainly:the development of Chinese foundations shows a steady growth;the legal system construction of Chinese foundations is promoted constantly;and the source and mode of donation of Chinese foundations is continuous innovation and development.There are three main problems:the foundations are numerous but small and not strong;the foundations have low transparency and are lack of credibility;the foundations' management mech anism is not sound and the incentive and innovation is insufficient.The main reason for the problems is that the development time of Chinese foundations is short,the development is too fast,the supporting legal system related to foundations has not been completed and the supervision mechanism of foundations is not sound.According to the strategic goal of Holt(International)China-" Let every child has a home that is full of love and security",in the stage of rapid development in transition and synthesizing the four types of strategic thinking of SWOT analysis,this paper considers that Holt(International)China should focus on the"Four-element strategy"or"Four dimension strategy",including "Focus","Differentiation","Brand(Public praise)" and "Cooperation";and should adopt the development strategy of "Deep cultivation services,strengthening the brand,lean management,scientific and technological empowerment" Specific measures for the implementation of the strategy are as follows:deep cultivation services,strengthening the core competitiveness of the foundation;strengthening the brand,improving the credibility of the foundation;technological empowerment,promoting the construction of informatization of the foundation;people-oriented,lean management,innovative development.
