Study On Regulation Of Land Use In Sharing Farms

Shared his farm is "sharing economy" and "manor economy" under the combination of tertiary industry merge "rural complex",the "manor" is to share the farm the introduction of capital,management,technology and other modern production elements,and making use of the above elements to expand the multiple functions of land(bearing,landscape and ecology)and increase the productivity of the land,and its"sharing" by using modern Internet technology to reduce the cost sharing his farm in the sales link information.The above two characteristics not only make the Shared farm different from the traditional agriculture in land use,but also make the Shared farm realize the "time sharing" of land.Due to the change of land use forms,there will be two key problems in the process of land use:first,whether the current land use regulation system in China has hindered the use of Shared farms.Second,if China's current land use rules and regulations to share the hindrance of farm land use,how to solve?Therefore,this paper will focus on the above two key issues,the Shared farm land use and China's land use regulation system analysis.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the characteristic that shares farm land to use.Through the study of the development process from the manor economy to the Shared farm,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the land use of the Shared farm,that is,"sharing"and "manor".Under the influence of its own two characteristics,Shared farmstead realizes the "sharing by time" in land use.Combined with the current land use policy of Shared farmstead,the "sharing by time" of Shared farmstead can be divided into two types.The second part is the general characteristics of the land use regulation in our country,in the second part,the author through to the regulation of land use of the meaning of "ought" and "reality" of land use regulation in our country were analyzed,and found that the current land use regulation of the state of "reality" and the meaning of "ought to" of land use regulation is not consistent,so the current land use regulation system is the existence of defects,and these defects will lead to share his farm land use and produce don't adapt to the specific land use regulation system in China.The third part is the current sharing farm land use obstacles.Due to the drawbacks of China's current land use regulation system,the drawbacks will be reflected in the process of Shared farm land use in the following four aspects:There are four aspects of shared-farm land use,shared-farm construction land use,shared-farm ecological land use and shared-farm land "time-sharing sharing".The fourth part is the suggestion of perfecting the regulation of sharing farm land use.Centering on the four kinds of obstacles in the process of land use of Shared farms,the author will put forward specific Suggestions to solve the obstacles in the fourth part.
