Study On Problems And Counter Measures Of Fire Rescue Police Training In Vietnam

The deepening of reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy and the increasing proportion of science and technology in fire control work have put forward new requirements for the quality of cadres of public security fire control forces.The cadre troop of high quality is the foundation and precondition that the fire fighting force completes each task which the party and the people entrust satisfactorily under the new situation.Therefore,a variety of powerful measures should be taken,including the party's purpose education,system construction,business and scientific and technological training,as well as talent introduction,to improve the comprehensive quality of fire brigade cadres.This paper points out the existing problems from the current situation of fire rescue training in Vietnam,such as: the purpose of fire rescue training is not clear,the system is not implemented,the measures are not in place;The organization is not sound,and there is no organization responsible for fire rescue training;There is no practical training material for fire rescue safety;There is no practical and effective fire rescue safety training mechanism;Training issues certificate to lack unified examination,evaluation standard,so training effect is not high.Through these aspects,this paper draws relevant conclusions and looks for the causes and existing problems,explores the existing problems and ways and measures to change the existing problems,and provides reference for the national fire rescue training and reform policies.
