Urban fire is one of the major disasters which seriously affect human life and property security and social and economic development.With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of urbanization,the number of urban fire accidents has been increasing.To reduce fire losses,the priority is to the current situation of fire emergency rescue of a comprehensive evaluation,find out the deficiency and improvement,so rapid,comprehensive and accurate for fire emergency rescue information has very important significance.With the development of computer and communication technology,the Internet has gradually penetrated into various fields of people's production and life,becoming an important source of knowledge for people.Nowadays,the network media that responds to news events is very popular,and the information about fire is often in the form of electronic documents or news reports.Compared with traditional methods,therefore,drawn from news reports based on network fire rescue information is fast,real time,on the one hand,the public can see the rescue in disaster quick and intuitive situation data,on the other hand,the government and the third party institutions can immediately holding data,at any time to evaluate the current fire rescue circumstance,compared with other cities,improve the level of fire emergency rescue.In this paper,the fire properties of news websites are extracted and processed with the help of natural language processing technology.First of all,'jieba' was used to divide sentence into word.In the light of the shortage of lexical segmentation in the area of geographical names and fire,a dictionary of fire domain was constructed,and the dictionary of place names was introduced to assist in the segmentation.Using natural language processing technology,the key time points of fire,the address of fire occurrence and the extraction of related properties are realized.Then according to the property of the extract of artificial selection,combined with the fire department professional advice as well as the literature records,fire emergency rescue capability evaluation model is established,and to determine the subjective weight of every index.Last,to extract the information is used to determine the fire emergency rescue capability evaluation model of the objective weight of each factors,and combined with the corresponding subjective weight generate dynamic weights,using the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combining the grading method,the fire emergency rescue capabilities of three cities.The shortcomings of fire rescue are analyzed in terms of the scoring results.
