On The Electoral System Of Representative Of CPC's Congress Under The Background Of Rule Of Law In China Today

In recent years,there have been frequent cases of bribery and election within the Party.In the current situation of building a clean and honest Party style and fighting corruption,in order to improve the Party's governing ability and maintain and develop the Party's advanced nature,we must adhere to strict governance of the Party,the Party should manage the Party and promote the construction of democratic politics within the Party.Whether the electoral system is perfect or not is often an important criterion to measure the degree of democratization of a country.The study of the electoral system within the Party is a major and complex subject,which is different from the elections of the People's Congress and the government,the elections of villagers' autonomy,and the elections of political parties in the West.Therefore,we can neither copy the election model of the National People's Congress nor transplant the election model of the Western political parties.At the same time,as an electoral system,it is inevitably linked with other electoral systems and has many similarities in election methods.By studying the general theory of the inner-party election system and starting from practice,we carefully analyze the problems existing in the current inner-party election in order to find out the law and essence of the inner-party election,which is also an important aspect of pursuing truth or approaching truth.It is hoped that from these studies,we can find out where the problems lie and how to solve them,incorporate the law into the scope of the construction of the electoral system of the Party Congress,combine the rule of law with the party governance,reform and improve the electoral system within the Party,and promote the construction of democracy within the Party.
