A Study On The Urban Long-Term Care Service Supply Of Hubei Province Under The Perspective Of Community Care

In 2016,the number of elderly people over 60 years old in Hubei Province has exceeded 10 million,of which the disabled elderly population was roughly 810,000,accounting for more than 8% of the elderly population in Hubei Province.The accelerated aging process and the rising number of disabled elderly people has put forward a severe challenge to the endowment service.Faced with the growing demand of long-term care services for the disabled elderly,Hubei Province has implemented a series of guiding opinions of the central government,and successively issued a series of documents to insure the long-term care service supply in terms of laws and regulations,policy guidance,and fund-raising guarantee,However,the current services provided by the community are limited,and the development of institutional care services is difficult.The supply of long-term care services in Hubei Province is still facing difficulties.Based on the current situation of the supply of long-term care services in urban areas of Hubei Province,this paper analyzes the problems of service supply from the perspective of community care.Based on the experience of developed countries and regions,this paper proposes to construct the long-term care service provision of Hubei Province from both principles and the path.The article specifically includes the following sections:For the first part,on the basis of clarifying the background and significance of the topic,I've learned the research status at home and abroad,then given an briefly reviews and further put forward the methods,ideas and possible innovations of research;The second part explains the concepts related to the provision of long-term care services and provides a concise explanation of relevant theories;In the third part,by reviewing the literature and visiting research methods,the author has a general understanding of the status of long-term care service supply in Hubei Province.Under the affirmation of the current achievements,it is necessary to analyze in depth what remains to be improved;In the fourth part,the author took the developed regions such as the United Kingdom,Japan and HongKong as examples,introduced the practice and inspiration of local long-term care service supply;In the fifth part,,the author put forward that Hubei province should set up a long-term care service supply system from the aspects of system,mechanism,subject,project,talent and network.
