Study On The Long-term Care Model Of Aged In Qiqihar

China is a rapidly developing country with an aging population and an aging population.The size of the elderly population is large.So far,China is the only country in the world with an elderly population of more than 100 million,By the end of 2015,the total population of our country was 1.37462 billion,of which the population aged 60 and over had exceeded 220 million,accounting for about 23 million people aged 80 and over,and it was estimated to exceed 50 million in 2035.The total population of Qiqihar is 5.7 million,60 years old and The elderly population reached 994000,accounting for about 17.4%of the total population.In the face of the social pressure of such a large group of elderly people,how to increase the effective supply demand of long-term care for the elderly and improve their quality of life in the face of the social pressure of such a large group of elderly people,Relieving social pressure is a topic of theoretical and practical significance.Starting with the theoryof loss of body,the theory of welfare pluralism and the theory of welfare model,using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and theoretical analysis,this paper describes the present situation of long-term nursing mode in Qiqihar.Combined with three factors,family structure,willingness to pay and cost of payment,this paper reveals the lack of long-term care policy system,the serious imbalance between supply and demand of long-term care services,and the specific reasons for these problems.The development of long-term care services in the United States and Japan is analyzed in foreign countries,and the domestic aspects are combined with those in Shanghai and Nantong.According to the development experience at home and abroad,the author summed up the enlightenment of the development of long-term nursing,such as clear orientation and clear responsibility of government,emphasis on infrastructure construction and training of long-term nursing staff,and emphasis on partition and integration of long-term nursing and medical treatment.Aiming at the development of long-term nursing mode in Qiqihar city,combining with the domestic and foreign research experience,this paper puts forward the introduction of social capital to develop long-term nursing service industry,which is guided by the government.To improve the supervision mechanism of long-term nursing service and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions,to ensure the quality of life of the elderly and to expand the new path of long-term nursing mode,according to the social and economic development of Qiqihar,to a certain extent.At the same time of ensuring the quality of life of the aged,according to the economic and population development of Qiqihar city,the diversified long-term care mode for the aged suitable for Qiqihar city should be developed.In order to ensure the elderly care problems,from the traditional home model to professional institutions to improve the quality of life of the elderly from the perspective of combining medical and nursing care,pay attention to the elderly care service,to ensure the livelihood.
