Research On The Imbalance Between Supply And Demand Of Smarthome-based Elderly Care Services In Lanzhuou

With the development of the times,the problem of population aging is also constantly intensifying.The requirements of the elderly for their daily living standards are also constantly improving,and traditional elderly care services are beginning to find it difficult to meet the elderly care needs of the majority of the elderly.Since 2013,significant progress has been made in the pilot construction of China’s first batch of "smart cities",and smart home-based elderly care has for the first time received key attention from the country and all parties in the construction of modern cities.Smart home care services refer to the use of modern technological means to provide elderly people with an online and offline integrated "home+smart" elderly care service model through the interconnection of supply and demand resources.This model utilizes advanced technology to not only provide more warm,comfortable,and thoughtful elderly care services for the elderly,but also to meet the diversified elderly care needs to the greatest extent.It has huge development potential in the elderly care market.As early as 2013,Lanzhou has been the first batch of "smart city" pilot cities.Subsequently,it launched the first exploration of smart home-based elderly care services.Smart home-based elderly care model plays an important role in improving the health level and quality of life of the elderly.From the perspective of supply and demand,this paper investigates and studies the smart home-based elderly care services in Lanzhou by questionnaire and interview.First of all,from the perspective of supply,explore the policy,service content and platform construction status of Lanzhou smart home care service;From the perspective of demand,this paper explores the elderly’s cognition,demand and cost of smart home care services,and then draws a conclusion that Lanzhou smart home care services still have supply and demand imbalances in terms of policies,projects,technologies and quality.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of interviews with principals,staff and the elderly of smart home-based elderly care institutions in Lanzhou,it can be seen that insufficient policy support and protection,low market supply enthusiasm,lagging technology development of smart home-based elderly care products and low enthusiasm of the elderly for smart home-based elderly care are the main reasons.Finally,propose optimization strategies from the perspectives of government,market,technology,and atmosphere.Specifically,we will strengthen the government leadership of smart home care services,leverage the market’s role in smart home care services,enhance the technical level of smart home care services,create a strong atmosphere of smart home care services,and assist the elderly population in providing "care for the elderly,support for the elderly,and security for the elderly",providing guarantees for promoting social harmony and stability.
