Group Work On Social Interaction Of Rural Left-behind Women

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy and society have developed rapidly,and the development of urban economy has attracted a large number of young and middle-aged rural laborers to work in cities.However,due to the constraints of economic,household registration,housing,medical and other factors,it is difficult for young and middle-aged rural migrant workers to bring their spouses into urban life together and stay in rural areas separated from their husbands.Women are called-left-behind women.Up to now,there are 47 million left-behind women in the countryside of our country.These left-behind women are connected with the countryside and the city.Once the left-behind women group has problems,it will affect the stability and development of the countryside and the city.The social interaction of Left-behind women is an important part of their daily life.On the one hand,the basic social needs of Left-behind women are met.On the other hand,left-behind women are influenced by their own age,cultural level,economic conditions and other factors,which will produce a lot in social interaction.Many problems,which can not be solved,will have a lot of negative impact on the lives of Left-behind women.This paper takes the left-behind women in L village of Shenyang as the object of investigation,collects data by questionnaire and interview,and finds out the problems existing in the social interaction of Left-behind women in L village through inductive reasoning and comparative analysis,and analyses the factors that cause these problems,and then helps the team members solve the problems through the working methods of social work.This paper is mainly divided into seven parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background,research problems,research purposes and innovations;the second part is the literature review,mainly reviewing and commenting on domestic and foreign literature;the third part mainly introduces the relevant theoretical basis and defining related concepts;the fourth part is the research methods,including society.The fifth part is the analysis of the problems,including the status quo,characteristics and causes of the social interaction problems ofLeft-behind women;the sixth part is the problem-solving part,including the design of intervention program,the implementation process of group intervention and the evaluation of the results of group intervention;the seventh part is the conclusion of the study,including the package.It includes conclusions,findings and policy recommendations.
