Study On The Group Work To Meet The Spiritual And Cultural Needs Of The Elderly In Home Care Service

At this stage,China is the country with the most elderly population in the world,and it is also one of the countries with the fastest aging development.With the growth of the aging population,the needs of the elderly population have become increasingly prominent.In order to cope with the increasingly serious problem of old-age care,local governments began to actively explore the old-age model,and community-based home care services came into being.However,the home care service still stays at the satisfaction of the basic needs of life.As a social worker,the author hopes to explore the methods and roads to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly at home through the professional social group work methods and practical skills for the elderly who receive home-based care services in the community.This paper takes ten elderly people who are selected from the X community in Shenyang as a group object.Using questionnaires,observations and interviews,this paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of home-based care services at home,and analyzes the stage of home-based care for the elderly.The spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly meet the situation,problems and causes.Based on the needs assessment of the team members,the author designs and implements group activities to help meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly in the elderly and provide them with more possibilities for spiritual and cultural life,reducing their temperament in spiritual culture..Finally,through the comparison of the scale data,the feedback of the members and the surrounding people,the results of the author's observations and interviews,the final effect of the team's work and the subsequent sustained effects are evaluated.In the end,the paper concludes that the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly at home are mainly concentrated in interpersonal communication,cultural entertainment,learning and self-realization.The group social work intervention based on these needs is one of the effective ways to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly in the elderly.It provides more ways and means for them to enrich their cultural life while directly meeting their needs.Opened the old people's broader vision of old-age life.In addition,research through group work provides direction and constructive advice for theimprovement of home care services and the improvement of community pension systems.The practice of group work has satisfied the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly,and enhanced the ability of the community home care service team to make a contribution to the harmonious community and healthy retirement.
