At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have improved while consumption level has also improved.China's urbanization process has developed rapidly,the logistics industry has developed rapidly,the catering takeaway industry has also been rising,and the number and types of domestic garbage in China are also growing,so the environmental hazards are becoming increasingly serious,gradually limiting the city.Development.Municipal solid waste(MSW)has gradually become one of the important issues that seriously affect people's health and sustainable development in the process of urbanization.With the deepening of the concept of circular economy,the natural and social sciences have gradually reached a consensus,generally believed that the use of municipal solid waste is neglected.Among the relevant legal systems formulated in the field of municipal solid waste disposal in China,besides relying on the current environmental protection law and the circular economy promotion law,the corresponding cleaner production promotion law has been promulgated and implemented,as well as the research and management methods of solid waste pollution prevention and treatment and municipal solid waste disposal in China.but the law in the field of municipal solid waste disposal has been established.Lack of systematicness and perfection of the legal system.low degree of application in practice,imperfect system,lack of waste classification legislation.Lack of comprehensive laws,incomplete supporting laws and regulations,and relatively scattered legal provisions.so far,China has not formed a systematic and enforceable legal system,so most cities in China are facing many problems when dealing with garbage.In order to realize the recycling of municipal solid waste,garbage classification is the first prerequisite and basis.It can not only save resources but also protect the environment by clearly dividing garbage according to specific types and then disposing of it.Based on the concept of circular economy,this paper chooses the classification system of municipal solid waste as a research topic to discuss in detail.The first part briefly expounds the current classification system of municipal solid waste in China.emphatically expounds the related concepts and characteristics of municipal solid waste and circular economy,and combs and summarizes the current development of this system in China.The development results of the pilot operation of municipal solid waste classification in various regions are emphatically explored.The secondpart focuses on the problems existing in the implementation of the current domestic waste classification system in China,which lays a good foundation for the following suggestions for effective improvement.The third part compares and analyses the successful experience and legislative system of other countries in the classification system of municipal solid waste,compares the practical experience of Germany and Japan,and then puts forward the Enlightenment of foreign garbage classification to our country.The fourth part puts forward the effective way to establish and improve the classification management system of urban household waste in China.We will improve the classification system of urban household waste and put forward suggestions to strengthen the publicity and education of garbage classification and raise people's awareness of garbage classification.
