| Since ancient times,the issue of refugees has existed and it involves many aspects,such as politics,history,ethnicity and religion.If the refugee issue is left unchecked,it is bound to have a huge negative impact on global security,economic development,human rights protection and relations between countries and regions.Therefore,the study of refugee issues has great practical significance for the healthy development of the international community,even the entire human race.Since the outbreak of the European refugee crisis in 2015,the refugee issue has ushered in new concerns.As a model of regional governance in the world,the response and practice of the Eu’s legal system in the refugee crisis and the problems exposed in the refugee crisis are worthy of our reference.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and comparative study,the legal system of the European refugees,British and German refugees legal system and other European countries legal system research and comparison,from the historical development,origin and in practice in the process of the refugee crisis such as multiple perspectives to analyze legal system of refugees from the European Union and major European countries.The main research finds the advantages and disadvantages of the European unified asylum system under the "Dublin" principle pursued by the EU,the evolution process of the British and German refugee policies and its causes,and the legal practice of other European countries in this refugee crisis.The main purpose of this paper is to draw on the practical experience of the EU and European countries in the refugee crisis,and hope to provide reference and suggestions for the formulation of the Chinese refugee legal system and the practice of dealing with refugee issues. |
