Research On The Operation Of "Three Social Linkages" In Urban Communities

"Three Social Linkages" as an innovative exploration of localization in China is an effective mechanism for collaborative social forces to participate in community governance.How to realize the effective linkage of "three social" is a hot issue that has been explored in the field of community governance research.In the process of promotion and exploration,the local government's top-level system design,the overall quality of community governance subjects,and the macro-environment of social organization development are different,which has affected the actual results of the operation of the “Three Social Linkage”.In 2016,Guangxi officially promoted the “Three Social Linkage” in the whole district.Taking the three cities of Guangxi as an example,the purpose is to understand the effectiveness and characteristics of the operation of the“Three Social Linkage” of Guangxi urban communities,and through the qualitative analysis of the operation of “Three Social Linkage” in the urban communities of three cities in Guangxi,the purpose is to identify the specific factors affecting the operation of “Three Social Linkage” in Guangxi urban communities.Through the use of open coding,axis coding and selective coding,the specific factors that affect the operation of the “Three Social Linkage” in Guangxi urban communities are: the government's top-level system design,public service platform,the awareness and ability of the internal governance body of the community,and the ecological environment for the survival and development of social organizations,and the government's top-level institutional designplays a decisive role in the four major influencing factors.Finally,based on the research results of the grounded theory,to discuss the problems existing in the operation of the “Three Social Linkage” in Guangxi urban communities,and builds policy recommendations to promote the operation of “Three Social Linkage” in Guangxi urban communities,with a view to providing a valuable reference for improving the level of urban community governance in Guangxi.
