Investigation And Research On College Students’ Network Participation Under The Background Of New Media

As the main force of the future construction of society,the consciousness and ability of network participation of young college students are related to the future national social construction.Research on college students’ online participation can provide a good reference for improving college students’ online participation awareness,regulating their online participation behavior and improving the online participation environment,which has a strong practical significance for strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In this paper,college students in China as the object,through a questionnaire survey of college students network participation awareness,participation,participation in the field,the ability to participate in various aspects of the status quo.In terms of specific methods,descriptive analysis,univariate ANOVA analysis,Logistic regression analysis and multivariate ANOVA were used to analyze and explain the current situation of college students’ network participation and its influencing factors.The survey results show that college students generally have a strong sense of network participation,but there are dimensional differences.School public life is the main field of college students’ network participation.Weibo,tieba and BBS are the most commonly used platforms for college students to participate in online interaction.The network participation of college students has a certain sense of rationality.Most college students believe that they have some network participation ability,but it needs to be improved.College students are not satisfied with the overall environment of network participation.Different gender,grade,major,political status and parents’ occupation and education level affect college students’ online participation.Finally,the paper puts forward some pertinent Suggestions.First,value guidance should be conducted through ideological and political education.For example,"two courses" education should be consolidated.Hot spots should be used to guide political education.Improve school curriculum and guide college studentsto participate actively.Secondly,strengthen the awareness of network participation of college students;For example,colleges and universities can guide college students to comprehensively master knowledge and skills,improve their personal cognitive ability,improve the system to promote the sound individual mental health development of college students,and college students should establish the network participation self-management consciousness.At the same time broaden the field of network participation,improve the network participation environment;Attention should be paid to the role of family education in college students’ online participation.For example,colleges and universities can coordinate with parents to strengthen their attention to college students’ development in all aspects,and parents should also independently carry out certain continuing education.
