Study On Immigration Satisfaction Of Poverty Alleviation Ecological Immigration Project In Southwest Guizhou

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress mentions that the period from now to 2020 is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.We should resolutely win the battle against poverty.Therefore,the current work of poverty alleviation and development in China is imminent.Guizhou Province,which has the largest number of poor people,the deepest degree of poverty and the widest poverty area,has become the most difficult "hard bone" in the stage of poverty alleviation in China.Southwest Guizhou is located in the rocky desertification area of Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou with the deepest poverty level in Guizhou Province.The harsh natural environment and severe poverty problems make poverty alleviation difficult and arduous.To solve the state's poverty problem has become the top priority for the province and even the whole country to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The implementation of the project of poverty alleviation and ecological migration will remove the poor people living in areas where natural conditions are bad,natural resources are scarce,people's basic production and living conditions are insufficient,and one side cannot afford water and soil to support one side.It will not only alleviate the ecological burden of the relocation area,eliminate the contradiction between people and land in the area,but also solve the economic development problems of the poor groups in the poor mountainous areas and implement poverty alleviation.Eco-migration project is a two-pronged strategy to solve the problem of poverty and protect the ecological environment.By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes and summarizes the related concepts and theories of poverty alleviation and ecological migration project,and clarifies the theoretical support.According to the reference dependence theory,push-pull theory,ecological restoration theory,sustainable development theory and Maslow's hierarchy of demand theory,four first-level indicators,namely,economic indicators,ecological indicators,social indicators and basic supporting services indicators,are established.The criteria are detailed into 18 secondary indicators,and the evaluation index system of satisfaction is constructed.The satisfaction degree of migrants is studied by investigating the satisfaction evaluation of all secondary indicators classified by the first-level indicators of the index system.Random sampling survey is earied out on the migrants in each city and county of southwestern Guizhou in the form of questionnaires and structured interviews.Obtain data and data;carry out statistical analysis,use factor analysis method to make empirical analysis of migration satisfaction;find out the key factors affecting migration satisfaction,and the degree of impact of these factors on migration satisfaction,in order to provide theoretical basis for policy decision-making to further smooth implementation of ecological migration project in southwestern Guizhou,and accelerate population poverty alleviation.The results show that the overall satisfaction of migrants in the poverty alleviation and ecological migration project in Southwest Guizhou is relatively high,and the key factors affecting the satisfaction of migrants are residential environment factor,economic factor,social service factor,public service factor and personal characteristics factor in order from large to small;on the basis of the above conclusions,from improving residential environment,increasing financial subsidies and enhancing Society In order to further enhance the satisfaction of migrants,help the successful implementation of the ecological migration project in Southwest Guizhou,promote the coordinated development of population,resources,environment and economy and society in Southwest Guizhou,win the battle against poverty,and achieve the goal of entering a well-off society at the same time with the whole province and the whole country,relevant policy suggestions are put forward in terms of improving the equalization level of public services and the level of human capital.The grand goal.
