The community is an organic part of society and a microcosm of society.Doing a good job in community governance and construction is an important task to promote the harmonious development of society.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to establish a social governance pattern of building,co-governing and sharing."Community residents' Self-Government" become an important measure for community governance.As social work has been written into government work reports for many years,the number of social work organizations as social work talents has gradually increased,and it has become an important force for innovative community governance.So,how does the social work organization intervene in Community residents' Self-Government and what actions have been taken to promote community development? Is this practical path worth promoting?This is the purpose of this paper.This research takes the social work organization as the research object.Based on the theory of the theory of empowerment,it adopts the research method of qualitative research,collects relevant materials through participatory observation methods,unstructured interviews and questionnaires,and summarizes the actions taken by H social work organization in the three stages of entering the G community,serving the G community,and evacuating the G community,and exploring the practical path of the social work organization intervene in Community residents' Self-Government.Through evaluation,it was found that the behavior of H social work organization effectively promoted the normalization of self-responsibility of community residents in the G community,internalizing the residents' sense of autonomy,and accelerating the governance process of the G community,and its practical path involving G Community residents' Self-Government is worth promoting.
