Research On The "Three Non-I" Issues In Entry And Exit Administration

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength and rapid social and economic growth,China is attracting more and more foreigners for investing,employment,study,tourism,settlement and visiting in China.There are also more and more foreigners entering the A city of S Province.At the same time,foreigners' "three non-" issues(illegal immigration,illegal residence,illegal employment by foreigners)bring economic and social problem to S Province obviously.However,in recent years,the prevention and control work of "three non-" issues still has some problems,including imperfect "three non-" management legal system,no "three non-" management cooperation mechanism,low level of "three non-" management information system,weak immigration management of "three non-" issues and the lack of a foreigner information database.The number of "three non-" personnel in city A has increased year by year.In order to maintain a good foreign-related public security environment in A city,it is a key task in the city's entry and exit management work to prevent and combat the "three non-" work.This paper mainly discusses the "three non-" issues in the exit and entry management of city A.First of all,the concept,research background,research significance and the status quo of the "three non-" issues at home and abroad have been comprehensively described.Secondly,the basic situation of the "three non-" management of city A was introduced from four directions.Thirdly,a detailed analysis of the problems and causes of the “ three non-persons”personnel in the A-city exit and entry management was conducted.Finally,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of "three non-" in A city.
