With the development of economic globalization and the development of Internet technology,the people put forward new and higher requirements for entry exit card services.In the Internet age,how to apply the Internet concept to the process of entry exit card services,and how to improve the level of entry exit card services by using Internet technology to meet the needs of the times and the needs of the masses,has become the research focus of entry exit card services.Under the background of the Internet era,taking the entry-exit Management Department of Taiyuan City as an example,this paper studies the problems existing in the entry exit card services,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward specific measures to improve the quality of entry exit card services,which is conducive to further improving the efficiency of entry-exit work,improving the level of entry exit card services and further improving the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first part analyzes the characteristics of the Internet era,the characteristics of the Internet era of entry exit card services and the requirements of the Internet era for entry exit card services.The second part introduces the general situation of the entry-exit Management Department of Taiyuan City,and expounds the current situation and effect of the entry exit card services of Taiyuan city.The third part is to summarize the existing problems of entry exit card services in Taiyuan city after carrying out the questionnaire survey and analyzing the survey data.Specifically,there are four problems: cumbersome procedures,untimely and inaccurate use of new media publicity,low quality of intelligent certificate processing means,and outstanding team building problems.The main reasons are the lack of understanding,the imperfect propaganda work mechanism,the low level of Internet plus application and the imperfect personnel management system.In the fourth part,combined with the background of the Internet era and the reality of the entry-exit work,the author explores four suggestions to improve the quality of the entry exit card services: optimizing the business process;building a "three-dimensional" propaganda pattern with the help of new media;using the Internet thinking to promote the reform and innovation of the entry-exit;strengthening the team construction and improving the service quality and level.The Internet era not only brings new challenges to entry exit card services,but also brings new ideas and means.This paper takes Taiyuan entry and exit management department as an example to study and explore measures to improve the level of entry exit card services,and provide reference for relevant units.
