Democratic Election,Organization And Self-governance Of Trade Unions

Promoting the democratic election of trade unions,improving the organization of trade unions and the ability of trade unions'self-governance are important ways to implement policies,organize employees to participate in social activities and improve the organizational effectiveness of trade unions.This article from the perspective of the democratic election of trade unions,based on case interviews and questionnaire surveys on trade unions directly elected chairmen in Zhejiang Province,from the three issues of mechanism design,mechanism trust,mechanism supervision of self-governance,selects eight items from three aspects to explore the impact of democratic election of trade unions on the self-governance of trade unions and the relationship between self-governance of trade unions and the effectiveness of trade unions,points out the predicament of the organizational development of trade unions and gives corresponding suggestions.The democratic elections organized by trade unions around the country have effectively promoted the self-governance level of trade unions and the realization of the effectiveness of trade union organizations.However,under the actual national conditions and the path of development of trade unions with Chinese characteristics,the existing trade union organizations are still largely guided by the party and government departments,supervised and bound by the higher trade unions,and also have some corporate problems.The organization of trade unions and the improvement of self-governance are facing the following difficulties:The government's vigilance and attitude towards the establishment of trade unions,employees' abnormal participation triggers organizational deviation,the limited capacity of the union chairman and the potential challenges from other labor organizations.Therefore,we should establish the trade union construction based on the democratic election of trade unions by the trade union legislation,standardize the direct election of enterprises' trade unions,strengthen the union cadre team,improve the incentive mechanism for union cadres,raise the level of organization of trade unions so as to promote the self-governance of trade union organizations.
