Case Study Of Community Governance Innovation Practice

Community is the basic unit of grassroots social governance.Strengthening community governance innovation is of great significance to solidifying the foundation of grassroots social governance and improving the effectiveness of grassroots social governance.Since the concept of"social governance"was put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,social governance has received more and more attention and attention.The social governance pattern of building a common governance and sharing has become an important basis for guiding the re-innovation of community governance.Throughout the new round of community governance innovation practice in China,the people-centered political requirements have been further implemented,the organization and management of innovation practice have been continuously optimized,and localities have chosen characteristics to solve problems according to local conditions,providing a basis for the advancement of national governance modernization.Rich experience from the micro level at the grassroots level.This paper takes the C area of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province with remarkable characteristics of social governance innovation practice as a case,and uses the theoretical knowledge related to public management to describe the process of community governance innovation in Area C,and restores the process of governance innovation.In-depth observation and understanding of a case,it is necessary to fully understand the planning,deployment and promotion strategies of the grassroots government's innovative practice of serving the people's livelihood,refine the successful experience and enlightenment,and make an objective analysis and diagnosis of the existing problems.Propose a comprehensive countermeasure proposal.From the research framework,this paper first constructs the research problem,namely the practice and improvement of community governance innovation,and then puts forward three analytical dimensions,such as governance subject,governance system and governance mode,mainly adopting the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis.Taking the C area of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province as the main body of the investigation,it examines the relevant situation of promoting community governance innovation.On the basis of properly absorbing domestic and foreign research results on community governance innovation,a case study on the theme of"community governance innovation"was conducted.From the perspective of content structure,the full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the status quo of community governance at horme and abroad,and introduces the
