Research On The Innovation Of Petition Work From The Perspective Of Social Governance

We have long been accustomed to solving the problem of aggressive approach,problems arising from the process have hindering development of petition works.On the background of China's fast social transition process,‘social management' has replaced by ‘social governance',social governance use flexible means to reconcile social conflicts.But we do have a large amount of social problem here,this situation also made citizens' legal rights and interests continuously damaged,and as a result there are more and more disputes on rights and interests.Petition work as the basic thing to promote and ensure with great effort the harmony of the society.Facing the problems and demands,government have to take specific measures.Social environment not only require petition work innovative,but also offer them new views.The innovation of petition work contribute to service-oriented government building,as well as benefit for protect rights of citizen.This paper is based on the realistic background,approve the meaning of study innovate petition work from social governance perspective.Through material researches,I found that few of scholar study on this subject.The paper use several kinds of ways to analysis the subject,it's actually broadens the perspective.We can know that ‘social governance' and ‘petition work' interact each other after understand the concept of them.The current problems existing in the innovation of petition work.Such as the participant is single,lack of interaction,public do not have legal awareness and idea and so on.Though analysis three typical cases of TianJin?ShangHai and ChongQing,I offered several proposals about petition works' coordination?source?legalization and informatization.I hope that this paper can provide idea and reference to planning and innovating petition work in the future.
