Analysis On The Current Situation And Problems Of Disabled Care Service In Guangxi

The cause of the disabled is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At present,China’s disabled care services continue to progress with the development of social economy,and the major contradictions in society are also deeply reflected in the cause of the disabled.There is still a contradiction in the development of the care for the disabled.At the end of 2010,the total number of disabled people in China was 85.02 million,accounting for6.21% of the total population of China.Among them,nearly 32 million disabled people at the age of employment.As a large and special vulnerable group in our society,whether the problem of care services can be properly solved is not only related to the fairness and justice of society,but also to whether the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way can be truly realized.Therefore,improving the support services for the disabled and improving the living standards of the disabled have a tremendous impetus to the promotion of the people’s well-being and the building of a socialist harmonious society.This article takes the disabled and its care services as the research object,and uses the literature research method,the case investigation method and thestatistical analysis method to analyze the data collected and field research,so as to understand the development of the disabled care service in Guangxi.At first glance,the institutionalization of the care service has been continuously improved,the content of the care service has been continuously enriched,the number of supportive service people has been increasing year by year,the demand for the care of the disabled has been continuously met,and the condition of the care of the disabled has been obtained.While the work of supporting care in Guangxi has been carried out smoothly,there are still certain problems in the care of disabled people in Guangxi,such as the lack of unified management norms and service standards,and the lack of a long-term mechanism for policy implementation;There is a shortage of working funds,and the professional supporting facilities are not perfect;the number of disabled care institutions is small,the number of beneficiaries is limited;the shortage of staff,the gap between specialization level and actual maintenance needs,and so on.The reason is that the construction of the legal system for the care of our country is late,and the concept is insufficient.The source of funds for the disabled care service in Guangxi is single,and the investment in the care service is small.Supporting the care of disabled people,the social forces for development are inadequate;the staff engaged in care services have complex work content,low salary,and so on.In view of the problems in the research,drawing on the development experience of excellent institutions at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation in Guangxi,we should start from the following aspects: increase the investment in the construction of disabled care services;Human care service model;Establish and improve scientific and reasonable management standards and service standards for disabled care services;Strengthen the team building ofdisabled care providers to develop disabled care services in Guangxi,and promote the welfare of disabled people.Promote the sharing of the results of China’s economic and social development by disabled people.build a new type of disability that the multi-subjects negotiate on an equal footing and cooperate with each other.
