| Urban retired elderly people is a special group of elderly people in our country.China is not only the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world,but also one of the countries with the earliest retirement age in the world.In the context of an ageing population,the participation of retired elderly in community volunteerism can not only enrich their old life,expand the social support network,and maintain a healthy and optimistic state of life,but also satisfy their social participation.The realization of life value and other aspects also play a vital role.Urban retired elderly volunteers as an important part of the voluntary service system,they have a lot of life experience and more competent for volunteer work.However,it is the lack of relevant volunteer theory and skills training in the process of volunteering in urban retired elderly volunteers at present,which leads to a series of service dilemmas in the process of volunteering for some retired elderly volunteers.Taking the retired elderly volunteers in Shenzhen N community as an example,this paper investigates elderly volunteers in urban retirement through questionnaires and structured interviews,aiming at the service difficulties of urban retired elderly volunteers.It is found that urban retired elderly volunteers are faced with a series of service difficulties,such as insufficient theoretical knowledge of volunteerism,lack of professional skills training,lack of continuity,narrow coverage and imperfect incentive mechanism in the process of volunteerism.Therefore,based on the theory of superiority perspective,the author uses the method of group work to excavate the superior resources of urban retired elderly volunteers,and to help community retired elderly volunteers to establish regular volunteer activity system and study.Learn the knowledge and skills related to volunteerism,so as to improve the service quality of urban retired elderly volunteers. |
