Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Law Enforcement Supervision

Land resource is the foundation of all survival and the source of production,so it is called "the mother of wealth".Land resources play an extremely important role in human labor production practice and life activities.However,in the actual process of land resources management,the situation of "non-compliance with the law" and "lax law enforcement" still exists,and the chaos of illegal and illegal use of land resources continues to emerge,which leads to the serious loss of land resources and seriously infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of land rights and interests,which not only weakens the dignity and authority of the law,but also greatly reduces it.The credibility of government departments.As an important means to ensure the smooth development of land resources management,the supervision of land law enforcement should be further strengthened so as to better solve the current problems faced by the supervision of land law enforcement and curb illegal land use,so as to realize the functions of national land management,ensure the full implementation of relevant laws and regulations of land resources management,and promote the rational benefit of land resources.Ultimately,the overall goal of land resource management will be achieved.In this paper,new public service theory,game theory,stakeholder theory and power balance theory are used to discuss the current situation,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of land law enforcement and supervision in S City,J Province.Firstly,this paper combs the connotation of land law enforcement and supervision,and puts forward the relevant theoretical basis used in this paper.Foundation.Secondly,this paper expounds the current situation of land law enforcement and supervision in S city from four aspects: the basic situation of S city,the current situation of land use in S city,the current situation of land law enforcement and supervision in S city and the current situation of illegal land use in S city.Thirdly,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the supervision of land law enforcement in S city,and makes attribution analysis of the problems existing in the supervision of land law enforcement in S city from four aspects: laws and regulations,institutional mechanism,technical support and team building.Fourthly,on the premise of combining the actual situation of S city in J province,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by drawing on the advanced experience of other provinces and cities,in order to promote the structural upgrading of land resources utilization in S city of J province,promote the rational development and protection of local land resources,and provide solid guarantee for the sound and sustainable development of social economy.
