Study On The Difference Of Floating Population In Jilin Province And Its Impact On Regional Economic Development

The scale of China's floating population is growing.The regional economy is gradually showing the development pattern of the three levels of East,West and West and the urban-rural dual structure.This has caused the population to migrate from the central and western regions to the economically developed regions and cities in the east,and the regional imbalance has gradually increased.Since the 1980 s,with the gradual development of China's socialist market economic system,Jilin Province has become a province with a net outflow of population.In 2017,the natural population growth rate of Jilin Province was negative.Therefore,under such a severe population situation,the differential characteristics of the floating population has become one of the issues that scholars are paying more and more attention to.From the perspective of human capital theory,the most important difference in the floating population is reflected in the education level and age of the floating population.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,this study defines the differences between floating population,floating population and regional economic development.The theory of population migration,dual economic theory,thrust-pull theory,and Ranis-Fei Jinghan theory Explained.From the analysis of the floating population and regional economic development,the comprehensive statistical yearbook data of Jilin Province and the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population were systematically analyzed.From the perspective of floating population,the floating population in Jilin Province is mainly young and middle-aged from rural areas,and the level of education is low.The type of mobility is mainly economical.The floating population mainly comes from other cities or counties in the province.The population is less attractive.The overall quality of the labor force in relatively developed economies is relatively high,mainly reflected in the level of education.From the point of view of the economic development of various cities and towns,the local cities are affected by geographical location,economic policies,social welfare,basic conditions,etc.,and there is a big gap in the regional economy.Through the return analysis,it is found that there is a strong positive correlation between the level of regional economic development and the number of years of education of the floating population,and the positive correlation between the level of regional economic development and the number of years of education of the floating population is significant when the significance level is 0.1.There is a negative correlation between the level of regional economic development and the age of the floating population,but the correlation intensity is not high,and the regional economic development level and the age of the floating population are not significant when the significance level is 0.1.Finally,from the perspective of laborers and industrial layout,suggestions for attracting high-end talents,liberating rural labor,clarifying regional industrial division of labor,and promoting talent and industrial agglomeration are put forward.
