Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of A Municipal Government In Anhui Province

On the basis of performance evaluation of the results of work performance or management activities,the government examines the effectiveness of work,rewards and punishes motivators,improves government management,and adjusts the next step.With the changes in social nature,institutional nature and historical tasks,the theory and practice of local government performance evaluation are constantly changing and developing.Based on the research results in the field of government performance management at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the scope of the research and expounds the significance and purpose of the research.Taking A City government performance evaluation system as the research object,this paper discusses the status quo,problems and future development of China's local government performance evaluation system.Through the literature data method,case analysis method,interview investigation method and other methods,this paper takes the performance evaluation system of each county(city)and district in the past 5 years as a case,from the design link of the system to the operation implementation link.The index structure,weight setting,score calculation,result application,implementation guarantee,and operation process of the assessment system summarize the effectiveness and characteristics of the A City government performance evaluation system,find out the five problems existing in the system,and analyze the problems.s reason.According to the problems and reasons,combined with the development plan of A City and urban characteristics,a targeted optimization path is proposed to help local governments explore a more scientific,more reasonable,more suitable and more sustainable development path for local government performance evaluation system.
