Since 2007,with the set-up of the career and employment guidance courses in national colleges and universities,college career guidance systems have been constantly perfected in practice.However,in face of the changing society,problems in career guidance systems have also appeared in different degrees.The differences in educational history and positioning between newly-founded local regular universities and old universities determine their differences in student training etc.,which also determine that newly-founded local regular universities may face greater challenges in graduates'employment work.To do well in college students'career guidance is an important way for universities to promote employment of graduates,which has been paid more and more attention to by each universities.By means of analyzing the career guidance systems of newly-founded local regular universities,taking the career guidance system of S University for example,this paper demonstrates the functions of universities' traditional career guidance systems,summaries the efficiency,contributions,deficiency and disadvantages of career guidance systems for students in universities,and analyzes the main reasons of the existing problems.By using the Career Chaos Theory for reference and combining with the practical situation of s University,this paper promotes college career guidance systems that match the requests of newly-founded local regular universities and the development of the ages.
